Timberline-Rotary Mobility Equipment Shed
Be a Part of Something Bigger – Join Summit County Rotary’s EPIC Day of Service!
The Summit County Rotary Club is all about service above self, and we need YOUR help to keep a vital community program running strong! For three years, Summit County Rotary Club and our partner, Timberline Adult Day Services, have provided FREE mobility equipment to locals and visitors in need. But rising indoor storage costs threaten this important FREE community service.
That’s why we’re building a dedicated mobility equipment storage shed at the Frisco Community & Senior Center —and we need volunteers like YOU to make it happen! Summit High School CAREER TECHNICAL STUDENTS, under the supervision of teacher Oakley Van Oss, are building the shed as a class project! And, the Summit County Builders Association, as well as Breckenridge Building Center, has generously donated all building materials!!
📅 When: Saturday, May 17th – 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ** DATE MAY CHANGE depending on weather **
📍 Where: Frisco Community & Senior Center, 83 Nancy’s Place, Frisco CO 80443
🔧 How You Can Help:
✔️ Volunteer to prepare the site foundation (gravel & cement blocks). Install small shelves and hooks inside shed.
✔️ Help transport mobility equipment from Silverthorne storage locker to new shed at Frisco Community & Senior Center
Why It Matters:
✅ Keeps mobility equipment FREE for anyone who needs it in Summit County, helping those in recovery
✅ Easy access to equipment for Timberline & Rotary…right outside the back door!
✅ Supports a vital Rotary-led initiative to serve Summit County
This is more than just a build—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact in Summit County. Whether you bring your hands, tools, or generosity, your help keeps this vital community program alive.
💙 Join Summit County Rotary in giving back. Let’s build something that matters—together!
