We-Bike

The Sunrise Rotary Club of Cranbrook has proudly offered cycling safety & skills education to local schools since 2016. Our WeBike Volunteers are passionate about encouraging & teaching young children to ride a bicycle for exercise, transportation & FUN! It is our belief that riding a bike is a life skill that every child should have the opportunity to learn. This year, it is anticipated that over 400 children in Cranbrook elementary schools will participate in the program.

For some kids, this will be their first time on a bike. There is nothing quite like seeing a child progress from putting their feet on the pedals for the first time to confidently navigating the obstacle course at the end of the third session. If you want to inspire future bike riders, want to help kids learn new skills, or help make a positive difference in our community, consider becoming a coach. You don't even have to be a bike rider!
